Debra Zahay-Blatz is Professor of  Digital Marketing at Aurora University, and co-author of Internet Marketing: Integrating Online and Offline Strategies with MaryLou Roberts.  She researches how companies can use customer information for maximum performance and has taught Database Marketing and Data Mining using IBM/SPSS and Modeler.   She currently teaches Internet Marketing, IMC and Social Media Marketing, teaching direct and interactive marketing principles, Google AdWords and Analytics, and various other social media tools and marketing technologies.
